We subcontract the shipment. We rely on the service of couriers such as DPD, Chronopost, Geodis, UPS, DHL or carriers specializing in the delivery of furniture in order to ensure the quality of the service and the completeness of the products.
Deliveries are intended exclusively at street level and there is no provision for the collection of used items.
Some drivers can help bring inside, but it's at their discretion.
If the customer is not at home or does not answer the phone when the driver calls and leaves the area, a stranded delivery charge will be charged based on an additional € 30 per standard pallet shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the integrity of the packaging and to note any visible damage on the delivery note. If the delivery note has been signed and no damage has been noted on the delivery documents, no claim can be made because the shipping company will assume that the damage occurred after delivery.
Special delivery conditions must be agreed beforehand between the customer and Archibello Sarl-S and accepted by Archibello Sarl-S.
Most of our products travel pre-assembled: assembly is in most cases fairly simple and involves assembling already defined parts. If necessary, Archibello Sarl-S will provide the customer with the assembly sheet of the product purchased.
Delivery delays are indicated in each product description. In some cases, the days indicated include days of production or supply of goods.
The delivery conditions indicated on the site, although carefully evaluated, must be considered as non-contractual for Archibello Sarl-S, which can then modify them, according to their real needs.
The delivery time of an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longer shipping time than the items on order. Any delay in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind.
Archibello Sarl-S has the right to make, if it deems it appropriate, the request for delivery of the Products (including relating to the same order) in several successive stages.
Delivery is considered to have been completed from the moment the product is delivered to the customer.
The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will constitute proof of transport and customs clearance of the goods.
Collection of products in the absence of the customer
If the recipient is absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier.
Otherwise collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Archibello Sarl-S, which reserves the right to reimburse part of the price of the products, retaining the amounts corresponding to injuries also suffered by the loss of profit and leaving shipping costs charged to the customer.
In the event of an error on the product, the customer agrees to return said product or the products referred to to Archibello Sarl-S within 7 (seven) days of receipt, with the pack closed, in their original and original packaging and accompanying documents.
Once the Product has been received in the correct form and manner, Archibello Sarl-S will return, at its expense, the Product initially ordered.
